Madelyn wakes up, bedhead, disheveled...

Mommy: Well good morning Beautiful.
Madelyn: *blinking eyes* *rubbing head*
Mommy: do you want to get some dry panties on? (ok..so she is still in diapers, but since she is a little girl we call them panties)
*Mommy notices that diaper isn't warm, hence morning pee hasn't happened*
Mommy: Maddie, do you wanna go pee on the potty?
Madelyn: Eeeeen
Mommy: Um, I don't know what you are saying. Do you wanna to pee on the potty?
Madelyn: IN
Mommy: In what?
Madelyn: IN Potty.
Mommy: Oh! *shocked and embarrassed that her daughter corrected her* That's right Maddie, we potty IN the potty, not ON it.
Madelyn: Pee pee?
Mommy: Yes, we'll go pee pee now.

She's too smart for her own good I'm afraid.
